Instructors
Julie Kornbluth, MA, OTR/L: Julie is a Learning and Development Manager, Quality for The Stepping Stones Group. She has been a Pediatric Occupational Therapist since 1998 in multiple states and countries, including previously as a Clinical Director for HM Therapy and as a Regional Director for EBS Healthcare. She has a passion in mentoring, training, program development, and empowering providers in the schools, early intervention, and private therapy settings. She motivates providers to stay current, advance practice, collaborate, and share knowledge and resources. She has presented in districts and at local, state, and national conferences on school-based topics.
Linda Okonsky, MS, OTR/L: Linda is Clinical Manager for The Stepping Stones Group. She provides therapist support and mentoring and assists in the trainings for continued competence and best practice strategies for school-based therapists. Linda has been practicing OT for more than 20 years, working with children in the clinic and school settings. She has worked as an adjunct professor for both master’s level and entry level doctoral programs in the Philadelphia area.
Tricia Castellan, OTR/L: Tricia is Telepractice Service Director for The Stepping Stones Group. She supports the implementation of services as well as overseeing the clinical quality of the telepractice program. Tricia has been a school based occupational therapist for more than 20 years and began providing services via telepractice in 2015.
